Webinar "Tips & Tricks - Preparing EV Samples for Single Molecule Resolution Imaging"

EVs are nano-sized structures released by cells that play important roles in intercellular communication in both healthy and diseased states. Super-resolution microscopy can be used to study EV populations and single EVs, analyzing their size, integrity and biomarkers. In this webinar, ONI scientists Dr. Katie Lennon and Alison Fujii guide attendees on preparing EV samples for super-resolution imaging and maintaining EV integrity. The session included practical examples using ONI's EV Profiler Kit, the Nanoimager and cloud-based CODI platform.
